Project Description

Silbury is a company-focused planning and roadmap application designed to help businesses create, structure, and manage their projects efficiently. Users start by creating a project through a multi-step form, where they provide project details and define key elements like vision, goals, and current status.

Once all information is collected, ChatGPT API processes the inputs and generates structured data in JSON format, which is then used in a fine-tuning step. Users can refine their goals, select key objectives, and finalize their project roadmap.

The system organizes projects into structured phases: Ideas, Evaluation, Planning, Project, and with task-based tracking. Tasks can be moved dynamically across different stages, ensuring real-time progress tracking. Additionally, team members can be invited or assigned to projects, with admin control over user management.

• THE STORY

  I developed Silbury independently, working closely with the client using an agile development approach, breaking down the project into smaller milestones. One of the biggest challenges was structuring AI responses into a meaningful workflow, which led to the development of a fine-tuning step where users can refine AI-generated goals before finalizing their project roadmap.
  
  Another key focus was team collaboration, allowing admins to have full control over user assignments and project access. The iterative development cycle helped optimize user experience, AI response accuracy, and workflow automation, making Silbury an effective planning solution.
